Vietnamese Client's First Visit to Chinese Factory: Solving Quality Issues and Exploring New Cooperation Opportunities

Recently, a valued Vietnamese client embarked on their first visit to our prefabricated house manufacturing base in China, marking a crucial milestone in the deepening cooperation between both parties. With a proven track record of distributing our detachable houses in the Vietnamese market, the client has achieved impressive sales performance, leveraging the product’s flexibility and cost-effectiveness to cater to the local demand for affordable and quickly deployable residential and commercial spaces. However, as the business scaled, several quality issues emerged, including rusting of square tubes and screws (attributed to humid local climatic conditions), insufficient material thickness affecting structural stability, and uneven folds on wall panels that impacted the overall aesthetics and installation precision. These challenges prompted the client to seek in-person communication to ensure effective resolution and maintain their market competitiveness.
