However, after a detailed tour of Dongji House's sample exhibition area, he adjusted his design requirements, opting for a more spacious layout of 22.96ft × 11.48ft to better meet the living and functional needs of the coastal market.

The 48 prefab houses are planned as a two-story structure, with 6 units on the first floor and 6 units on the second floor per building, and a total of 4 buildings to be constructed.
