Uruguayan Customer Visits Dongji House After Confirming Expandable House Order

Dongji House recently welcomed an experienced customer from Uruguay to our factory to discuss his expandable house order and future cooperation. Although this was his first visit to our factory, trust had already been established through our earlier communication. Before traveling to China, the customer had confirmed the cooperation and paid a deposit for his order.

More Than 10 Years of Experience in the Housing Business

The customer has worked in the prefabricated housing business for more than ten years and has extensive knowledge of expandable houses. He is familiar with the complete business process, including product configuration, international transportation and local sales.

During the visit, both sides discussed the house specifications, interior configuration, production process, container loading and transportation arrangements. His industry experience made the discussion detailed and efficient, while his knowledge of the Uruguayan market helped our team better understand local customer requirements.

A Complete House Finished and Inspected in the Factory

Dongji House supplies flat pack houses, detachable container houses and expandable houses for residential and commercial applications. For customers who want a more convenient solution, our expandable houses can be fully finished and tested in our factory before being folded for transportation, including the interior decoration and selected furniture.

Once opened, the available house models provide 36 sqm, 54 sqm or 74 sqm of usable space. After production and inspection are completed, the house is folded into a compact transport size and loaded into a 40-foot shipping container. It can then be transported as a complete unit to the customer’s country and delivered to the project site. The main structure and interior systems remain integrated, significantly reducing the amount of installation work required after arrival.

Depending on the confirmed design, we can install the electrical system, plumbing, bathroom facilities, kitchen cabinets, flooring, ceiling, lighting, appliances and furniture before shipment.

Waterproofing and Electrical Tests Before Container Loading

Quality inspection is completed before every finished house is packed and loaded. During the waterproofing test, workers spray water from the roof down across the exterior of the house to simulate rainfall and check whether the seals remain watertight.

Our inspectors carefully examine the doors, windows, ceiling, bathroom, kitchen and living room for any sign of water penetration. If an issue is found, it must be corrected and tested again before the house is approved for shipment.

The electrical system is also tested in advance. Lights, sockets and installed electrical appliances are switched on and checked to confirm that they operate correctly before the house leaves the factory.

Customized Design and One Year Warranty

Every family and market has different requirements. Dongji House provides customized design support for customers who want to create a home for their own family or develop housing products for local sale. The floor plan, exterior appearance, wall materials, doors and windows, bathroom, kitchen and furniture can all be selected according to the intended use and budget.

From the initial design and material confirmation to production, quality inspection, packing and shipment, our designers, production team, quality inspectors and logistics staff follow each stage of the order. Dongji House also provides a one-year warranty, giving customers continued support after delivery.
