Russian Hotel Project: 5units Customized Prefabricated Houses Officially Under Production

Recently, we are pleased to announce that the project of 5 customized prefabricated houses for our Russian client has been officially launched. These modular buildings are specially designed for the local extreme climate and will be used as high-quality hotel accommodation, creating a new benchmark for comfortable and durable lodging in Russia.

Project Overview & Customer Requirements

Our Russian client plans to use this batch of prefabricated houses for local tourism and vacation. To adapt to the severe weather in Russia and meet business needs,the customer has explicitly requested that we provide customized services:

- Quantity & Size: 5 buildings, each with a standard size of 6m(L) × 3m(W) × 3m(H)

- Weather Resistance: Extra reinforced roof structure added to withstand heavy snowstorms in Russia

- Wall Material: All walls adopt 100mm thick polyurethane (PU) insulation panels

- Bottom Treatment: Polyurethane spraying process applied to the base for enhanced insulation

- Lighting & Entrance: 3-meter glass curtain wall added; tempered glass entrance door opening outward

- Interior Decoration: Wood grain bamboo-wood fiber wall panels, light-colored flooring to create a modern, non-container style interior

High-end Customized Interior & Appearance Design

In addition to strong weather resistance, we have created a modern and elegant hotel-style interior for the client:

- Glass Curtain Wall & Door: 3-meter large-area glass curtain wall introduces sufficient natural light and broadens the view; the toughened glass entrance door opens outward, which is safe, sturdy and improves space permeability.

- Modern Interior Decoration: Indoor walls are decorated with wood grain bamboo-wood fiber panels, presenting a natural and high-grade texture; light-colored flooring is laid to make the space brighter and more spacious, completely getting rid of the rough sense of traditional containers, in line with international modern hotel aesthetic standards.
