Brazilian Client Visits Dongji House to Plan a Two-Story Modular Hotel

On September 16, 2026, Dongji House welcomed clients from Brazil to discuss a customized two-story modular hotel project.

The planned hotel will feature a central reception and guest service area, with accommodation rooms arranged on both sides. This layout will create a clear division between guest reception and accommodation while providing convenient access to the rooms.

Exploring Materials and Production Capabilities

During the visit, the client toured the main areas of the Dongji House factory, including the wall panel area, steel frame production workshop, inventory area and modular house showroom.

Our team introduced different wall panel materials and insulation options that can be selected according to the local climate and the hotel’s comfort requirements. In the frame production workshop, the client learned how the main steel structural components are processed and assembled.

The client also inspected doors, windows, finishing materials and other supporting components in the inventory area. A visit to the showroom provided a more direct understanding of the interior dimensions, room configurations, finishes and overall quality of our modular buildings.

Developing the Hotel Design

Following the factory visit, the Dongji House design team will begin preparing a customized plan for the project.

The next stage will focus on determining the number and size of guest rooms, the arrangement of the modular units, the position of the staircase and the circulation between the central reception area and the accommodation wings.

The design will also consider bathroom and plumbing arrangements, doors and windows, insulation materials, interior finishes, local climate conditions and applicable construction requirements in Brazil.

From Concept to Quotation

Once the initial floor plan is completed, our team will review the layout with the client and adjust the design according to the actual project requirements.

After the building dimensions, room layout, material specifications and interior configuration are confirmed, Dongji House will prepare a detailed quotation for the complete modular hotel solution.

This factory visit gave both sides a clearer understanding of the project concept, available materials and production solutions. The next step is to transform the client’s hotel idea into a practical two-story modular building plan.
