Our Greek client’s 30ft expandable house (measuring 9m×6.3m, covering 56sqm) is more than a living space—it’s a tailor-made haven, born from detailed collaboration and local love.

This past June, the client flew all the way from Greece to China, sitting down with our team to lock in every detail that matters. Inside, it’s designed for cozy family life: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchen, each touching on their unique needs. Think 3-layer tempered glass for clarity and insulation,Broken bridge aluminum windows with dual-color finishes (matching interior and exterior vibes), warm-toned walls that feel like a hug, and wood flooring that adds natural charm underfoot.

We didn’t just stop at function—we thought about home. Locals in Greece adore sturdy brick houses, so we gave this expandable home an exterior color that mirrors classic brick. At first glance, it blends right into the Greek neighborhood, no awkwardness, just familiarity.

Step into the bathroom, and you’ll find durability meets comfort: UV panels cover every wall (even the ceiling!) for easy cleaning, tile flooring that stands up to daily use, and a marble shower area that feels luxurious.

Plus, right outside the bathroom is a spacious laundry nook—equipped with outlets, it fits a washing machine and dryer perfectly, making chores a breeze.
